And "What needs to be nurtured?" It's a really good week to communicate needs to yourself, others, and the universe. Create the intention of any plans you make are nurturing your growth, your body, your emotional state, and your relationships. Allow others to also communicate their needs, nurture what you can. Last week was really rough on all of us in one way or another. This week will feel more like a breath of fresh air because now you know what you need to do to evolve and move forward. Last week was more emotional, this week you will easily be able to use your intellect and communicate your feelings in a more clear way. This is a great week to find gentleness and beauty. Share your words, your stories that need to be voiced. Share your wants and needs with those close to you. Listen to others as they communicate to you. Message for this week (5/14-5/18) #nineofwands **************************** Many of us are going through some surprising things lately. Some of these things may have turned your life, for the moment, upside down. The thought of what next is ringing in our heads. How do we navigate this energy? Stay in the present moment. Be mindful of your fears from these new surprise things coming up. You may have noticed some anxiety with what is happening. My advice. Breathe. Bring yourself to the present moment and not resist what is. Focus on what is in your control. Redirect your energy to accepting what is happening and lean into this is right now. Question yourself, what is the best use of time and effort. Empower yourself buy still taking action and knowing what your triggers are. Practice boundaries to help with stress. Ask for help and also know when to take a moment for fresh air. Pause. One thing at a time. Small things add up. Spend time with the people who cheer you on and take a moment from those who deplete your energy. Sort your thoughts and keep going forward. This week allow your inner knowing to navigate. What do we value and how are we showing up for those values this week? What are you choosing your mindset to be? One of Abundance or one of scarcity? Abundance comes to us and asks us to look at the abundance in our lives, where are we able to reflect gratitude and where is it a struggle for us still? What are the details we are focusing on? This week is a really good week to focus in on some of the positives. There is a lot going on in our lives lately and some things may be happening quickly. In all the new that is showing up for us - are we in a place of appreciation and can we actively get there in some area of our life even with some struggles. It's ok to feel grief and joy in the same day, and we may have that this week. You don't have to choose one or the other, you can feel it all. Abundance is not just material, however, in finances this week the continued theme of foundation and stability are here. Think out spending before you spend. Sacred Space comes to us and ask us to look at things from a curious mind and open yourself to universe, spirit, the divine, or god. Pay attention to the synchronicity happening in your life and the intuitive inner knowing you feel lately. See the magic in this regardless of your beliefs. Sacred space is also asking us to put ourselves in places we find sacred. Nature, our own homes, a religious place, a historical place, a place that brings you peace and joy. A place you can be quietly connected to something greater than yourself. Ascension comes to us and reminds us that sometimes change does not wait for us to decide. This week is a really good week to be patient with yourself as you plan and take action on your intended goal. It may feel like you want to move quickly with action, but it's really important to look at the small details. You may notice some unexpected delays as you start to move forward. Shake it off, look at the details, rework the plan and move forward. You are able to make these plans real, however, clarity is important. Know why, how, who and what of your goal. Ground yourself into making decisions that take ownership of your own life. Pay attention to your insecurities and use your fear, resistance, and challenges to transform an area of your life for the better. It's a big week to make decisions that help create peace and stability. Your intentions with self and others should come from a place of love and honesty. If it is not, you will find yourself in challenges with self and others that will make something harder to navigate. Ultimately this week, you will notice areas that remind you that you are responsible for your own happiness and you want will want to act on those situations and limitations. Practice restraint in sharing to much about self with others mid week. Your conversations with self and others should be encouraging and empowering as you go through the week. You may have noticed last week distraction after distraction. You may have even lost a bit of focus as the rapid changes you are going through made it hard to gain the clarity and focus you need. Your relationships to others may have shifted and your gaining new perspective on them. Libra full moon asked us to balance somewhere, anywhere we felt the need to. Mostly it ended on self care and our relationships to others. This week is a good week for coming up with solutions to any nagging issues. Be creative with your ideas. Face those fears. It's also a spiritual week. Your intuition may feel stronger. Practice with it, enjoy it , and listen to it. Especially towards the end of the week. Connection and intimacy is not taking a back seat to anything this week. Physically and mentally enjoy the magic you feel with someone. There may be some complicated situations that suddenly show up this week. Remind yourself it's ok to hold pain, grief, and joy at the same time. The ambition card is asking you to be kind to yourself. Be aware of any negative self talk and mindfully try to find new wording that is more loving. It's also asking you not put your goals on hold, don't just dream, do the work and continue to do small things to reach a goal. Do not over do it on your plans. One goal and one plan this week. Hello! It's been a rough and exhausting week. I thought I'd pull a couple cards for the full moon/weekend energy & self care. #selfcare for this weekend #pageofcups + #journey from #magickandmediumsoracle ***************************** You are on a new journey my friends. One where you are opening to new possibilities and a new way of viewing your relationships. Connection is really important this weekend. Showing up any way you know how to for yourself and for others you care about. Valuable information is coming to us quickly lately. We are able to take a look at the bigger picture and make some decisions on what paths we wish to take. We are in a place of really knowing what we want and what we will no longer tolerate. Page of cups is a reminder to listen to our intuition, know it's ok to be emotional, and find the connections we long for. Give yourself love this weekend. Listen to your body and what it needs. Listen to your mind and sort through the emotional, creative, and interesting ideas it's coming up with. Notice beyond your mind, your intuition is in a place of knowing. The vision is clear and you know what to do to welcome it in. Connection is really important and choose your connections wisely.
